If I was the President of the US, I'd spend the whole day working out and implementing a national healthcare system. All people deserve access to healthcare without worrying about going bankrupt to pay for their care. If I was Prime Minister, I'd legalise marijuana, tax it and then I'd update the benefits and tax credits for working people, cause god knows the cost of living has gone up but not people's wages. :P

Distinctive. I pride myself on being my own person and I typically shun being lumped into conformist things. I don't think people take enough pride in being themselves and often try too hard to be like everyone else because they think others will like them more if they do.

Do all fast food chains count? Excepting Subway, which can be healthy enough, I hate fast food. I haven't eaten fast food for 5 years and have no intention of touching it again. Aside from the fact that the food itself makes me feel sick to my stomach after eating (hell it's gotten to the point where just smelling it can make me feel slightly nauseous), it's sooooo unhealthy and I have no desire to put all that processed, sugared-up crap in my body.

Not terribly concerned about it. I always maintain that the planet will correct itself on it's own. The Earth has been going through warming and cooling cycles for millions of years, I hardly think we have that much effect.

My dad used to take me shopping with him every weekend up till I was about 8 or 9. I'd help him get all the food for the week and he'd usually buy me a small treat and rent me a movie. I never thought about it much when I was younger, but now I'm older and more mature, I realise how much I appreciated just spending this time with my dad.

If it's intentional, then I'll opt to grab my stuff that means something to me and my pets. Usually the intent of someone who sets fire to your home on purpose is to kill and wreck havoc with the lives of others, so really they don't need to be walking the face of the planet. I have no patience for people like that.

I didn't really watch sit-coms when I was a child. I still don't. I watched a lot of cartoons, Looney Tunes, Spongebob Squarepants (when I was older), and Ren & Stimpy. I remember I was banned from watching the Simpsons, but I was allowed to watch Ren & Stimpy, lol.

I suppose I do. I didn't much care for my maiden surname though, it was so stupidly simple, only three letters and still people always managed to mis-spell it!

If I could change it without pissing anyone off, I would, to Nimeth just cause I like it! Plus it's unusual and I like being unusual and different.

This one's a toss up. Haggis I found to be pretty gross, as well as Marmite. I've generally hated those for a while, mostly because I don't like the taste and I'm not fond of the texture of haggis. Though I did have a really gross packet of crisps this afternoon. Walkers are doing new flavours for the World Cup, so I tried the American Cheeseburger flavour. Not nice at all, mostly tasted of ketchup, mustard and pickle. I hate ketchup, mustard and pickles, so yeah, pretty much put me off. To be fair, I've tried the English Roast Beef & Yorkshire and the Japanese Teriyaki Chicken flavours and those both actually tasted ok.

I think animal rights activists have better things to be getting on with than this. You know like stopping animal abuse and promoting animal welfare and stopping the profligation of unwanted pets. Fighting to change the term owner to guardian is just ridiculous, especially when there are more important things at stake. Plus I have pretty much zero tolerance for this kind of PC bullsh*t.

I tried going vegetarian for a while after I met my boyfriend. I suppose I did it because I didn't want him to think I was unhealthy. I think I also did it to try and make myself like veggies. I only stuck with it around him mostly. I'd say the relationship lasted a lot longer than the vegetarianism did seeing as I'm now married to the man in question, lol.

Of course, Lord of the Rings. I think Peter Jackson did a terrific job with a lot of material. I'm also looking forward to seeing what HBO do with George Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series.

Well that word for a start, incentivized gets on my nerves. I can barely pronounce it given my obsessive compulsive need to pronounce things properly, the way they were meant to be. 'Think outside the box' is another one. It's vague and cliche. I prefer to 'use my creativity to come up with new ideas' since that's technically what you're doing when 'thinking outside the box'.

And speaking of my compulsive need to pronounce things correctly, if my mother-in-law tells me one more time about her migraines and pronounces it 'me-graine', I think I may scream. It's a 'mi-graine', there's a reason it's an 'i' and not an 'e'.

Also in the same vein, I can't work out whether David Cameron has been saying 'nuclear' or 'nucular' in the debates, which brings me to another catchphrase - 'War on Terror'. I'm aware of that thanks, now I wish politicians would quit using it as an excuse to pass stupid laws and regulations to do whatever the hell they want.

Probably 'Can I have some broccoli and banana?' She's a rabbit and she doesn't do much but eat and play, lol. Broccoli and banana are her favourite foods. :P

I'm not really sure either way, but to borrow a phrase from Calvin & Hobbes'I think the surest sign of intelligent life out there is the fact that none of them have come to visit us yet.' :P What can I say, I'm in a cynical mood today.

Trance without a doubt, it's all I pretty much listen to anyway. I don't mind other genres like classical and reggae and a bit of rock, but if I had to stick with one it would be trance, I just love the way it makes me feel. :)

It's a stupid, stupid, stupid thing to be doing. First off, you're messing with nature (big no-no in my book) and nature will come back to kick you up the arse for that, it always does. Second, just cloning the sheep had tons and tons of problems, especially with things like disease. You really want a diseased version of yourself running around? And third, you've lost your uniqueness now there's someone else just like you running around. Scientists shouldn't be looking at doing it just because they want to see if they can, there's other stuff they should be doing, like looking for cures for AIDS and cancer.

Well given the mess that Bush left him (two wars, a recession and trillions of dollars of debt and mass unemployment among other things) I think he's done pretty well. I hope he's able to push this healthcare bill through. Compared to Britain, the fact that a good many Americans seem to think it's ok to leave millions of their own countrymen uninsured. It was mostly that and his policies on Iran and N Korea that made me vote for him. I'd vote for him again if he runs in 2012 for sure. I may not live in America anymore but it's surprising how who's in the Oval Office makes a difference on the rest of the world. I didn't listen to his State of the Union address though.

Though more urgently I need to figure out who to vote for in Britain's upcoming General Election. All I can say is it's anyone except Labour. I hate them.

I went to the local public school till about 3rd grade, then my mother got fed up of them treating me like I was stupid and a misbehaving brat, even though I had a known learning disorder. Plus that school didn't have a very good reputation then, so she pulled me out and put me in private school that went all the way up to 12th grade. Unfortunately my time at the other school made me so shy I had trouble making friends at my new school. I think I did ok though, it got better in high school when I began to care less about it.
