Writer's Block: Pecking Order

[Error: unknown template qotd]Well I'm the youngest of my mother's three, but the other two had a different father. By the time I came along my sisters were pretty much moved out of the house. So for the purposes of being brought up I was an only child, which I thought at first was kind of lonely, I had to entertain myself all the time. As I got older I got to appreciate my own space. I suppose that influenced me because if anything went wrong in the house, I got the crap for it, so I've built up this thing where I don't take other people's bullsh*t and I'm perfectly happy to speak my mind and be honest about things. I also don't like people invading my personal space at all, it's a pet peeve of mine. The only other person who's allowed to do that is my husband.

On the other hand, having much older sister's was a good thing, they were old enough to give advice but young enough to understand how I was feeling about things. I'd said I turned out pretty well rounded.
