Writer's Block: Kindness of Strangers

[Error: unknown template qotd]Dunno. Probably not a kidney, I'd save that for family members as I figure they would be more likely to be a match. I was thinking about bone marrow but the process of doing kinda makes me nervous. We'll see, I might go for it at some point.
